Hello Los Gatos Bocce Club,
After many years we are venturing into the unknown with a stop at Oak Meadow Park! We will be at Oak Meadow this Thursday, May 30th. We have not used this court since the Pandemic when it was closed by the City.
Robb Hermanson, our park coordinator, and Chuck Loney, our master chef, have put together a concept involving food, drink and bocce. Many thanks go out to Duino Giordano, our Sergeant At Arms, who reconnected us with the City and renewed our long term use of the court. What’s not to like?
From Robb: Hey boys – after nearly 4 years of absence, many thanks for those of you who joined us at last night’s ‘re-inaugural’ start up of the LG Men’s BB club’s return to Oak Meadow park. It was a great gathering of good friends, wonderful foods (including Chuck Loney’s famous ribs) and always some competitive bocce rolling! A few shots taken at our get together. And for those that missed the fun, no worries, there’ll be more to come 👍 have a great weekend ahead 🇮🇪

Hello All, After one of the best dinner/bocce nights at the park, I wanted to mention this email to everyone. A few weeks ago, I volunteered to referee the Mariucci fund raiser at Campo di Bocce on Tuesday, June 4th. Recently, my granddaughter who lives in Michigan asked if she could visit us and will be out here on Monday for a few days, ‘I would appreciate it If someone can fill in for me.
